Receptionist and Office Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a receptionist and office administrator to join our fast-paced operations team.

Key responsibilities include:
General administration including; booking travel and accommodation, keeping annual leave records, printing and filing
Reception cover focusing on greeting customers and visitors and taking care of the office appearance
Accounts assistance including but not limited to; sales order processing, reconciliation and credit control

The candidate should have:
Excellent customer service and telephone manner
High attention to detail with good accuracy
Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills
A positive, friendly and confident nature
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

Salary dependant on experience.

Job Type:
This position is for at least 9 months maternity cover with the possible opportunity to be taken on permanently. You will be required to work 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with an hours lunch break.

Job Location:
This role will be based at our head office in Salford Quays

Required education:
High school or equivalent

Required experience:
Office administration experience
Receptionist experience
Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and experience of using CRM systems
Sage 50 – desirable
