The role of Team Administrator has multiple facets and is an integral part of the Operations and Accounts team as well as to the business as a whole. This is a fast-paced internal role, focussing on accounts assistance and administrative tasks along with covering all Receptionist activities required. Accuracy, organisation, prioritisation and confidentiality are key to this role which carries an expectation to cover many vital business tasks effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities; 
– Support and assist the Operations team with numerous accounting tasks including and not limited to; credit control, credit card reconciliation, checking staff expenses and sales order processing in Sage 50 in which training and assistance will be provided.
– Key to your role will be a number of critical administrative and receptionist duties including and not limited to;
o Covering the switchboard
o Sending, collecting and distributing post
o Data entries in CeCReaM
o Printing and filing
o Stationary orders
o Greeting customers and visitors to the office
o Keeping holiday and sickness records
o Updating sign in sheets, phone lists
o Arranging travel and accommodation
o Taking care of the office appearance – boardroom, training room, kitchen etc
– Naturally within an administrative and accounting role, accuracy and efficiency are key. You will need to be disciplined and organised such that tasks are executed correctly and in a timely manner.
– In this vast role which will include confidential information you will need to communicate clearly and concisely both internally and externally, in both written and verbal contexts, whilst maintaining the correct levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
